Do I build up a pension?
You also build up a pension if you work through a temporary employment agency, but only under certain conditions. For example, accrual does not start immediately on day one, but only after you have worked for 26 weeks through the same temporary employment agency. Moreover, a minimum age of 21 applies to the pension accrual of temporary agency workers
How do I sign my contract and other documents?
Once you have received the good news that you will be working via PDZ, you will receive an email asking you to create an account for your personal PDZ environment. Once you have created this account, you can log in to "My PDZ". Your contract will be ready for you under the heading "contracts". You can read this at home. Once you have read and understood the document, click on "read". You will then receive a pin code via your telephone. As soon as you have entered this pin code, you have put your digital signature. Make sure you go through all the documents in your contract in this way, only then is your contract activated. It is important that your contract is signed before you start working. If you have any problems or questions about the content, please contact your PDZ contact person. We will be happy to help you!
My contract is expiring. Now what?
When your contract ends, your PDZ contact person will contact you for an end-of-contract evaluation. This can be at the PDZ office or by telephone. During this meeting we will discuss how you experienced working for PDZ and what the procedure is for concluding your PDZ contract. Any outstanding reservations will be paid out to you on conclusion of your contract.

What is the hirer's compensation?

What is phase A?
You are in phase A if you have not yet worked for us for more than 78 weeks. Each week you work (regardless of the number of hours) counts towards the accumulation of those 78 weeks. Any week you do not work does not.
In phase A, you may get an unlimited number of contracts and work for different clients. This means that if there is no work, you will not receive any pay.
If you do not work for six months in a row (26 weeks), you start over again in the first week of phase A.
What is phase B?
Have you worked 78 weeks and are you continuing to work via PDZ? Then you will move to phase B. Phase B lasts a maximum of four years (48 months). In this period we can offer you up to six fixed-term contracts and you can work for different clients.
If you do not work for PDZ for more than six months (26 weeks) in a row, you will start again in the first week of phase A. In phase B we continue to pay your wage if there is no work. This concerns the minimum number of hours in your agreement. You must be available to work.
What is phase C?
In phase C, you will be given a permanent contract, in which you can be placed with various clients. Just as in phase B, in this phase too you are entitled to continued payment of wages if there is no work.
If you terminate the contract yourself or have not worked for longer than 26 weeks through PDZ, you will start again in the first week of phase A.
