How do you recruit candidates?

For the most common vacancies, we ensure that our talent pools are always filled with qualified candidates. Our intermediaries know these candidates personally, which enables us to make a good assessment of who will fit in with your company. The candidates are matched based on a number of criteria. These include availability, preferences, capabilities, hard skills and soft skills. We combine online and offline to help you as quickly as possible. If we do not immediately have a suitable candidate available for you, we turn to external job boards such as Indeed and Nationale Vacancy bank. We also employ talent acquisition advisors with sourcing skills.

How do you recruit for scarce profiles?

The sourcing of scarce profiles is a special skill, this is due to the fact that these professionals are approached frequently and often already hold a good position with another employer. These professionals are often latent job seekers, meaning that they only want to switch when the right challenge presents itself. To be successful in this, a distinctive approach is important.
